i dont think so- i reckon you need +2, and eben then its near impossible (ithink it can be done) . If you are fighting diablos then i suggest fighting with a friend, or using a pretty gd lance and turtling with it. But then again, i'm not really an expert with that kinda thing,

can u dodge diablos roar with evade + 1 beocz i'm having trouble against the hr6 black diablos

Well, Im no expert, but as far as I know, evade +2 means that you can roll (or jump backwards or whatever) without getting hit as often. Basically, it means that you are pretty much invincible for most of the roll, whereas evade +1 is only a small portion of the roll. This means that evade +2 can roll through tails, and, as you saw from the video, monoblos's face (although thats a lot riskier)

Nicely done. ^_^ I've never been a lance fan myself, as I prefer evasion to guarding.
