SD10 test 1-27-12.AVI

Federal Model SD10 civil defense siren tested on the last-friday-of-the-month; January 27,2012 in Moorpark, CA. The Moorpark Thunderbolt is down for repairs, so the SD10 is connected temporarily up on the hill, to a Diesel generator. I had to place the camera inside a farm vehicle, as the wind was blowing at an INTENSE rate, and that, plus the Diesel generator, would have ruined the sound of the siren due to the automatic noise cancelling of the camera.
