Pocket bikes do not need a high-stall setting for street use, it wears the clutch out and clutch will slip if RPM is too consistant.

its set to engage at 8500 other wise it wont hit the powerband up to 15,000rpm, dosent matter now though cuz the engines blown i beilive haha.. piston rings shot

What kind of clutch is in it? a BZM, if so there not designed to egnage over around 8K.
i have mine set around 7600-7800
Find a track too, much more fun :)

maybe mine did engage around there.. i cant remember now its been a while.. there are NO tracks around my house, would have to drive many hours to find one so i rode on the street:)
