The 2011 IETM international network for contemporary performing arts

The theme of this IETM Meeting is tackled as an act of solidarity and engagement, participation and international cooperation, beyond the celebration of 500 performing arts professionals (and friends) meeting each other again. With our collective actions, together we will move further in finding ways to prove the value of culture in society, in these times of socio-political uncertainty and financial instability.
IETM is a membership organisation which exists to stimulate the quality, development and contexts of contemporary performing arts in a global environment. IETM counts more than 500 members (venues, companies, festivals, individual professionals) in more than 50 countries. www.ietm.org
