Here's the next custom level, Flipflop Desert. The name comes from the second part of the level where you need to constantly switch between the top and bottom parts of the screen to advance.

Incidentally, those flashing flowers are there for the goal card. If you collect both flowers and get a flower at the end, it's a 3-up! Otherwise, it's just a plain 1-up. There are no 1-up mushrooms in this level, by the way.

The sound is weird in this video, almost like the volume is stuck in some sort of sine wave. I honestly have no idea where this came from, so live with it ._.

  • I know this video is WAY old, but how do you add the flashing flowers in? And is it possible to do this with mushroom/starman cards as well?

  • @nacho8bc Yeah, there are sprites available for all 3 end cards.They're part of the "add enemy" function in SMB3 Workshop.
