I just bought the same bottle of biotin. But it says super potency on it. Im hoping to see improvements in my hair skin and nails as well. wish me luck

Great video!!! I am been taking Biotinand it really works, my nails are stronger and my hair is growing. What I dont like is that I see much hair close to my forehead jajaja. I really love it.

@pookieslim I use the Spring Valley version of Super Biotin and it works well! As long as you notice a difference when you take the vitamin, (and know its working), most any brand will work! XO Carolyn
