It's 2011 and I've discovered I can now hold a single legged full planche...which I've not been able to so before this. Very happy the new core workout seems to be helping me over my plateau

    Try to hollow your body a bit more. Your lats will engage and will make it easier and also lessen the pressure on the lower back

  • very good my friend, very good. it will really help you on your prep for the planche. I do agree with mrniels joergesen. And you can do that by tucking your chest in..that will make you round your upper back a bit more and it will make it a lot easier.
