well if US president and his advisors didnt know that planes would be hijacked then NORAD knew, they were running drills on 9/11 that cover hijacking of planes .....hmmm....

cheney was in charge of NORAD on that day of simulated airplane hijacking drills. Richard Clarke beat them over the head with memo after memo on day one. Regrettably, Clarke apologized for his "failure", but I think it was in the sense of not drawing a picture for numb nuts and rice. While it's hard from me to believe bush was behind 911 because a) it worked, and b) it involved planning, it does give cause for hmmm.
