  • Depression is a symptom of a dissatisfaction with our ignorant state of earthly living. Depressed state is a sustained Meditation on reality. This meditation demonstrably helps as it turns the subconscious bypassing the mind. So yes meditation will relieve depression. It does so because it must. Filling the vacuum with directed thought.
