wrong. The tazer is NOT considered a lethal weapon, not legally. The tazer is very low on the force continuum of law enforcement agencies. It is used to subdue. You can argue all you want but what I typed is fact from a legal standpoint.

@sodjjd you. are. retarded! a TASER has been and will ALWAYS be classified as a less THAN lethal weapon!!! get your facts right! the only deaths related to a TASER were ruled to what is called excited delirium... research before you go on a knowledge-less rant!

Ah yes. America's finest. To protect and to serve? My ass! No. They are there to harass and detain and cause pain. And they obviously get-off on it. I believe they are trained to do these things. To strike fear in the masses. Now more than ever. For more control. It's called shock and awe. no. The slave drivers don't use whips anymore. They just use force and tasers. Problem is, this type of tyrannical behavior will only bring more Joe Kane's out of the woodwork. Best reread the 2nd amendment.

@sodjjd You must have made that up because its no where near the truth.

The majority of you civilians are sheep, and are swayed by daytime television and the news media. Blind, deaf ,and dumb. How the fuck is it known she was sober? because she said it on the news huh? right. The reality is that you will all remain the ignorant sheep. The ppl that know the truth are The police, and the 15% of the population that make up the criminals. the rest of you just sit tight and watch your evening news,ok

Officer Jason Whitney looks like a jack ass. Just my opinion.
TASER has been ruled as a "less lethal weapon" meaning that it can still kill a person. Tasering in ANY circumstance where an officer's LIFE is not threatened is excessive force. People in Wisconsin cannot own a TASER it is considered a concealed firearm. If the law considers a TASER to be too dangerous for citizens to carry then their use of a TASER against a citizen should be given the same consideration, if they weren't considering pulling a gun on the women they should not have used a TASER.
