The only way to defeat the Taliban and Al Qaeda is to give everyone over there a truth serum. They will tell the truth if they are extremists or not.. If they are, send them to an operating room and donate their body organs to AMERICANS who need it. Then cut their dicks off and shove it in their mouths, Then burn their bodies and put it in their mosques, so they won't get their 900 virgins when they die. The good Afghans will live in peace and harmony and all of the Terrorist will die..
