  • i try my best to refrain from making negative comments, but this simply would not work.

  • @PalebobUK but it shows you the methodology of taking the lock / throw with a compliant opponent. In every art I have studied you move through learning a movement with a compliant opponent. Then slowly add pressure and resistance. I studied Judo for 5 year three times a week, so am able to decipher what throws work and what don't.

  • @YeoDojo Think about this, it is a lot more interesting. If you study an art that relies mainly on speed and power and the qualities that leave your body as you get older are? Where are you left come 50 years old? Its a bummer isn't it?

  • Hey guy. Thats the "basic basic basic form" of the ganseki nage princip out of the Bujinkan Kihon Happo. Its NOT the realistic combat situation version of that throw. This version is to bring you the basic movement and the manipulation of Ukes stance. and why they should not train in a preschool?

  • why are you guys training in a preschool?
