  • This is progress in front of our eyes. A few years ago Harold Ford wouldn't have been caught dead doing this commericial with this message. Those of you who want to keep beating him up over past failures should realize the only way forward to turn people, like in Harold Ford, from being equivocators and opponents into advocates. Accept this as victory and go on to the next.

  • Smart people can change their minds when an issue is thought out clearly and logically. Thanks for your support, Mr Ford.

  • haha yeah his views "changed" about the time he moved from Tennessee to New York. what a phony.

that said, i will begrudgingly offer a "good for him"

  • thanks for your new support!

  • Thank You!

  • I'm glad he's seen the error of his ways but the fact he voted twice in favor of a federal marriage amendment makes it hard for me to trust him again.

  • Oh, and HRC, your aligning yourself with gutless wonders like Ford is one of the reasons why I don't belong to your organization.

  • Your views changed because you moved. You were either too chickenshit to support gay marriage when you were here in TN, or you're too chickenshit to oppose it now. Either way, you're a chickenshit opportunist. I'm a lifelong Democrat, but you made me sick as a candidate for the Senate when you were here. Good riddance to you.

  • None of this matters unless gay marriage is FEDERALLY recognized. Stand up against DOMA!

  • “In the end we remember not the words of our enemies but the silence of our friends.” MLK Jr.

    Thx for not being silent.
