@BandBHawks Wrong, Wrong, And Wrong. Deja vu made room for buccaneer battle, iron wolf was to put the stage where the x flight entrance was, and shockwave was to put in superman ultimate flight REST IN PEACE SHOCKWAVE!

There are legitimate reasons why those coasters were sold to other parks or for scrap. Deja Vu was to make room for The Dark Knight Coaster, and it at the time was featuring staggering drops in the amount of riders. Iron Wolf was a very old coaster and it went to make room for X Flight, and SFAm hadn't gotten a new coaster in ten years. The Shockwave was built by a company that was bought out and was a pain in the neck to maintain, and the wheels wore out quickly. Everything goes for a reason.

This is Six Flags Great America. Maybe you are thinking of X2 at Six Flags Magic Mountain.

That is totally not true. People don't like what is old, they like what is new. People won't really keep on coming back to the same park over and over again just to ride the same rides, will they? People come to the the parks to try what is new and that is what keeps people coming back. By the way Deja Vu was removed from the park in 2007.

I think that Six Flags should take out those new rides and put in the old ones. Vertical Velocity has to go and so does Deja Vu and X Flight. What a waist of money. If Six Flags wants more revenue you have to put in the old ones because people like that like me. Put back Shock Wave, Iron Wolf, Sky Whirl and all of the other ones. Look at Disney, they have old rides but they re did them. Six Flags Warner Brothers should do the same.
