@1TENNISTITAN The point is to get one that has the figure 8 velcro closing. That's what stabilizes the ankle.

@1TENNISTITAN Best of luck to you. This works wonders. Kinesiology tape helps bring down the swelling as does the lymphatic spidertech tape.

thank you so much. i felt like an idiot trying to get this thing on. i have a black one and its pricey but i sprained my ankle the day before my basketball game. and i had to use this. thanks
