Great recipe for black current jam from leg...
first bail on skateboard and make it slamm into ur leg and scratch it a bit
wait 2 months to do anything aboout your swelled ankle/leg and then take 3 antibiotics out of a bottle of 30 that you are subscribed by your docter then another month later pick scab off and wah lah home made jam (may contain preservitaves) heres some i prepared earlier.... now spread on buttered toast and welcome to eat!!!! mmhmmm
watch and enjoy, was skating one day mucking around skateboard hit my leg, left it for 2 months and thought it was a bruise, thats what came out

I've seen many videos of abcesses, cysts, yada yada yada, but this was the first one to make me have an "Omigosh what the hell is that?!?!" face. Haha!! Thumbs up :)

you are lucky you got that blood clot out cause it could have caused alot of trouble and worst case scenario when up into you heart and cause yo a massive heart attack.

its in the info, the "steps" is basically how i did it, i failed triying to do a kickflip and landed end on, on the board, then 1 month later i pulled the scab off and that came out...
