  • Not trying to tell you how to do things Ric because you are doing great with your podcast, but if you were to post at regular times either once or twice a week on set days then I am sure your viewership would go way up. I know that I look forward to your advice so for me it would good to have something to look forward to on certain preset days.

  • I spoke to Bill pearl about this and he said don´t forget there is crossover between muscle groups so when you train 1 muscle a day it´s ok.
