@chickwithbrains241 yeah I think Dom Dawes had the same thing, there was always a huge gap between her knees, especially on bars. You could really notice it when she was standing and looking at her face on or from the back. She wasn't like that when she was little, its too bad, it had to have gotten her some deductions on form.
@chickwithbrains241 I don't tink e or she was talking about that. I think it was refering to the fact the bent her knees to make the giant liek Nastia instead of piking it or doing the giant in straddle position it to avoid the low bar. I don't know if I'm clear but it has nothing to do with knock knees. I wonder as well if it's a deduction
@gymnut83 I think it might be physically impossible for her to keep her heels, knees, and feet together at the same time. She's kind of knock kneed (spll?). Look at a picture of her on a medal podium and you'll see what I'm talking about. I like how she keeps still keeps her feet together though....
@chickwithbrains241 Osgood-schlatter disease wouldn't affect keeping her knees straight, it's to do with the growth plates so her legs and knees want her to grow but all her training is stopping her, if she took a long break it would probably sort it but then.. she'd gain weight and be taller :L haha :)
@souriezmoimilord she had major knee surgery about a year ago, and i read somewhere she suffers from osgood-shlatter disease...not exactly sure if that's true, but it may explain why it's difficult for her to keep her knees straight. she's an amazing gymnast otherwise, and she's obviouslly a hard worker with tons of potential.
this bar routine is a winner and so is rebecca but when you watch it you cant help but look at how her legs come apart in her giants ! thats quite easily fixed though!!
I hate her calves

@cassandra931 She was supposedly having foot pain at Pac Rims...that's what I read in the IG forum back then, anyway.
