Seal of Star is like +5 wep but it shines nicer

Seal of Moon is like +10

and

Seal of Sun is like +15

You can add pluses on weapons from the alchemy window with elexirs and stuff... SOX items(SOS SOM nad SUN) are rare items and are more expensive than the regular ones : )
