Right-click on the Start button in the lower left corner of the screen, and then click Explore.
Be very care in the window that pops up.. -you don't want to accidently delete anything, or accidently drag and drop files or folders. :-)

Also, usually when you pop a small disk in, a small window will automaticly pop up and ask you what program you want to view the disk with -you can choose the one with the "folder" icon, I believe is named Explorer.
This would probably be your BEST option. :-)
