@ehab007bob it makes the radio louder and more clear. it cleans up the signal from the rca and amplifies it. louder, and clear. cause the main reason why speakers fail is distortion.

It all depends how much you guys want to spend. I mean you can have a good system for under $500. Or You Can have a sick ass system under $2,000. Brands do make a huge difference and now if it has alot of watts...
