This video is about the Weight Watchers simply filling techniques that I will be using to get back on track and serve as a dynamic to my current program. With simply Filling you dont have to track unless you are eating outside of The Power Foods List. For Items lot listed you must track and deduct from your weekly points allowance of 49 points. However I will be tracking everything I eat still, and getting better focus on meeting my Good Health Guidlines.

I'm hoping this works for you. It sounds strange that all those ingredients in turkey spaghetti wouldn't count against you meaning you could eat all you want. I'll anxiously await your next update :)

@almost32mi Remember withthe simply filling plan you only eat til "satisfied", so if you keep eating then those extra servings will definetly count against you. Of course you go by WW reccommended serving sizes before indulging in more than needed. This serving was 5oz total. When I made the recipe it was 7 points fo a 7 oz serving. I opted to eat less and Meet my good health guidline with getting in some fruit.
