This is a great example of how pop music used to be amazing, and now it is just made for profit.This track stands the test of time as it has recently been edited by Tiger and Woods for the 21st century - outstanding!

Always loved their stuff and way always saying to a dj mate of mine (circa 2000) that their music was due the update treatment and why didn't someone do it. Their album which accompanied this was just magical and I loved it.

yes but the other two men weren't gay to my knowledge so it's an interesting point others raised that they went along with the flamboyance. No way would that happen today. Men are far too uptight about how they're perceived.

"and lots of pretty girls!" Oh yes, I remember this alright. To be honest, time has not aged it at all - it still sounds fantastic today, whether you hear it here or in a club (as some people are commenting). Imagination did some instant classics in their heyday, the kind you'd recognise as being as such immediately. I urge you all to listen to the dub versions from "Night Dubbing" - I picked this album up many years ago for about £2.50 and I absolutely ADORE the versions on there!

metalbearuk: you're right. I can't imagine a trio of British black guys getting away with this kind of act now. Anyway, not only was Imagination's music good but their styling was fun and they looked like they were having a wicked time.
