I can't believe how little credit she gives to Tony! It was his CD after all! Besides, Steve's good, but Tony is at a level way higher than Steve, and deserves a lot more recognition. They do sound good together though!

Clawhammer/Frailing is not three finger picking. It is a down picking/strumming motion, derived from the patterns developed by African akontig and xalam players. Three finger picking is entirely different and existed long before Earl Scruggs; Scruggs simply brought it to a level of polish and popularity it had never enjoyed before.
