  • @hotaman90 Thanks for the comments and support!

  • Great job on all 10 of these videos! Watched them all with ease, which is difficult to say considering the topic, but you do an excellent job of explaining.

Do you have any videos explaining the "Magic Number" with Class A or B addresses? For some reason I'm thrown for a loop with these.

    Thanks.

  • @ManOfMeans I sure do check out these videos: youtube.com/watch?v=gjecDVdeBCE

  • you're a good teacher mr. dan! subnetting is so easy for me now! great vids! easy to understand and very clear explanations and i love your magic number idea :)

  • @ElenrodPP sorry mistake should be 0.65-0.94

  • @MrTr4nc3 R1: 0.62 and H: 0.37 are in subnet host range 0.33-62 (0.32- subnet start 0.63 -broadcast address) for second R2: 0.94 and H2: 0.75 are in subnet host range 0.65-0.95 (0.64-subnet start 0.95- broadcast address) magic number for both cases is 32

  • Thank you very much for these videos. Can you explain me why /27 is the right prefix answer on this ccna question, There are 2 routers connected to each other.First router is 172.22.0.62 and its got a Host that is 172.22.0.37

The 2nd router is 172.22.0.94 and its got a host connected that is172.22.0.75 Any help will be appreciated.

  • my teacher faild @ trying to explain it to us for weeks now...and you managed to explain it to me in about 30 minutes ... wish i had a teacher like you in my school, even if im not good in english...

    thank you soooo much!!!

    greetings from germany

  • is it possible to use /25 to create 2 networks that holds 50 users each?im confused because the 1st network will probably in 0-127 while the 2nd network is in 128 ONLY..so how do i fit the other 50 users in the 2nd network?

  • thanks for the excellent videos!

doesn't the magic number of 16 also immediately tell you the max number of hosts? if so, a quick look at all the host numbers would suggest they are all bigger than 16 so none of them are valid. just want to make sure i'm understanding correctly.

  • Thanks for doing these 10 video. Please do keep the videos coming. :)
