http://elasticwaist.com -- Here at Elastic Waist, we have something of a girl crush on 101 Cookbooks' Heidi Swanson for making whole, healthful foods look totally luscious. After preparing the super simple Straw and Hay Fettucine Tangle with Spring Asparagus Purée from her new cookbook Super Natural Cooking, I learned there's more to Heidi's recipes than just good looks and nutritional pow. You may never make pesto again. --Sarah McColl

I love the book, too. My faves so far:
Quinoa and Crecenza with sauteed mushrooms
Lime-bathed peanut salad
The Black Tea Spring Rolls were also delish, but one could also forfeit a bit of healthiness and deep fry them for a more gratifying texture. I'd also say up the ground up lapsang souchong.
Her recipes are a treat.
Also enjoy the muffins: espresso banana, but same deal: up the espresso just a tad if you want it to pop IMHO.
And love the cauliflower soup. Great book.

I love that cook book; it's great. The recipe for home made thin mints alone is worth it. Sarah looks amazingly like Lauren Ambrose of Six Feet Under.
