Geek Squad sucks. Try iYogi or Support.com instead. I videotaped a van to make a parody (where I'd play the Geek Squad guy replying to silly computer problems). But the driver, after waving in this clip, threatened to sue me for videotaping him, then took my picture and license and calls the police. The police then issue me with a reckless driving citation on 202 in NJ because at the red light I got out my car to give the driver my business card and explain the purpose of my video.
Video I posted from "the crime scene":

I waited a week for an apology from Geek Squad or Best Buy, but not nothing. So I've added some links to help these out on Google:
http://geek-squad-sucks.blogspot.com/
http://digg.com/tech_news/Geek_Squad_SUCKS
http://forums.bestbuy.com/t5/Best-Buy-and-Geek-Squad-Policies/geek-squad-suck...
So it's not safe to videotape and drive, but it's also not illegal to videotape someone in public. And I found it odd that my attempt to explain this to the driver (getting out the car at a red light to hand the driver a card and explain the nature of my video) was what got me a citation. He called the police, and I wasn't allowed to talk to him.
So do I contest it? Definitely not too fond of Best Buy or Geek Squad after this. Anyone at Best Buy want to pay this citation? We'll call it even.
And Geek Squad guy if you read this: I thought my explanation and giving you my card would help you see that I had no bad intentions. But then you called the cops and sat in your van. Were you just freaked because you thought I'd get you in trouble for speeding? If you'd have relaxed this would have not happened, man. Now you and your company looks ridiculous because you got paranoid, threatened me with a lawsuit and called the cops. Maybe chill a bit? It was going to be a comedy about stupid people calling tech support for silly reasons and now it's become a circus.
That is pretty screwed up. I could care less who takes my picture. Just as long as it doesn't end up on the People of Walmart site.
