Wrote the lyrics using "The Blood of Cu Chulainn" as a backup.
My great grandfather came from Scotland searching for new places to live, my father (R.I.P.) was so proud of his roots, that he always remind me of the challenges in life that no matter what, we have to be strong and continue our journey in life.
And today since passing away 4 years ago, my words comes from my hearth of the legacy that you print on me.
Love you father.
My family
It all started with my ancestors
Who challenged themselves
By crossing the long Ocean
Facing a new challenge
With courage
That's what my family thought me
And I know that from you.
There'll be days that might be hard
Find the strength that builds you up
There has never been easy days
For workers like me
We carry with glory blood
Blood of warriors.
There be a day
That will meet again, someday again
And be again with my people
With my family
Until I need to stay
And protect my young ones
Passed my love, knowledge
And build them stronger
And after my days are all over
Following the call from the man above
There'll be days that might be hard
Find the strength that builds you up
There has never been easy days
For workers like me
We carry with glory blood
Blood of warriors.
///There be a day
That will meet again, someday again
And be again with my people
With my family///
And until that day comes
I know I won't be alone
You'll be there waiting for me
And face my family
Very beautiful and inspiring lyrics complemented by a nice video.
