I agree MS, good vid, the 'internal dialogue' which most of us hear all the time without question bolsters our belief in the 'unreal' world we have be programmed to accept as reality. I would love to say I live in a totally conscious state of awareness without the chatter in the now, but that's not the truth. I have experienced states where I am merely aware without the chatter, and it is the best place to start from. I learned this in meditation, but it also happens unexpectedly.

It is through over-analysis that we have become conscious & realized our reality is but a fabricated interpretation of perception. Even your video would not be possible without that over-analysis. However, I agree with your message 100%. We do think too much, life has become but a game of Monopoly and those who reject the game are outclassed and punished. Unfortunately, it takes A LOT of playing the game to realize that we will one day have to put it all away, to live "off the grid". Peace out.
