Can someone please tell me if the mirrors are actually solar panels but at the same time they reflect the suns rays to heat the water in the tower. Are the mirrors plain or concave mirrors. Thank you.

En fin el impacto visual es horrible pero es un gran avance, de todas formas si no cambiamos los hábitos y disminuye la demanda de energía no hay a la vista una solución sustentable que sea posible.

1200 millones de euros..no es nada en relacion al PBI europeo ..deberian hacer mas..otra cosa se confunden los paneles fotovoltaicos con los paneles solares propiamente dichos..o que se usan para elevar la temperatura en un punto presiso
