Well buddy, it is true, they did wear those wigs with powder in them and the face, should i tell you they use corsets as well, why, cause Fashion was the main thing back then, it was all about looking the best.

I think they wore makeup to cover up all the nasty spots and boils on their faces (people weren't that clean back then). And after a while it just became fashionable with the rich folk to have a white face lol.
British Lords and judges still wear those fucked up wigs today.
