Obama is an arrogant narcissist. Any situation that comes up, he says "nobody is more dedicated, committed, etc than I am". Then we see his actions. Don't fall for words, hype, and koolaid.
This statement by Obama merely delays and 'relieves' him of the current pressure against his recent NASA decisions. It's damage control.
