Smoking Teeth = Toxic mercury in amalgam fillings!!!

If you do have amalgams removed make sure you use a dentist who is highly experienced in their removal. Incorrect removal can result in huge mercury poisoning (though inhaling the fumes or swallowing pieces of filling)

Always use a good heavy metal chelating product before, during and after the time of having them removed.
