Man, this guy is known for over 500+ murders. He was the true Mafia/gangster of the underworld. He owned millions and millions of dollars to banks. Etc.
He did a good deed. In the depression he opended up a place for the homeless to stay, but still the only reason why he did that is so he proves his "goodness" to the Police.
