SNES ActRaiser 2

The sequel to ActRaiser. It was heavly critisized by fans and press, because it ommited the entire civilization building part of the gameplay wich made the original so unique. But I must disagree. Yes, its a shame there isn't any civ building bits, but what we have here is one of the most beautifull games ever made for the SNES. Since GOD now has wings, I believe this is in fact, a prequel to the events of the original ActRaiser, and you, as GOD will fight the 7 deadly sins, wich will eventualy lead to the final confrotation: GOD versus SATAN, in a battle wich is a clear reference to Dante's Inferno (you will have to see it to understand). Be warned, this is one of the hardest games I have ever played on any system! This vid is a mere scratch of the true classic videogame this really is. And GOD, how do I hate the Tower of Babel! (Pride... his favorite sin). ;)

can anyone please tell me if an NTSC copy of this game would work on a PAL snes with an NTSC converter coz most work but a few like mario RPG dont

dose the cart have extra pins on it like mario RPG

In the japanese original version, Actraiser one, he was called 'god', and tanzra, or whatever he is, was satan, but nintendo had a "no religion or religious plot" policy with any western game releases at the time, so our version had the txt changed to 'master', with some other revisions. Look it up. You can downlaod a patch which changes it back to original version, which was also harder. It makes the game better if you ask me. Best game series ever. Looks so gorgeous too.

actraiser 2 hard? they is very easy game. i have finished this game about 4 times. one of the best video games for super nes/ super famicom

This game was a testament to how an excellent side scrolling adventure SHOULD play, and the graphics back then were simply breathtaking. I didn't know how powerful my SNES was until I first laid eyes on Actraiser 2.
