who cares bout the body ......i thynk bellydance helps workout ure belly cz you move your oblique muscles, pelvic and your thighs alot....so u get a good stomach with LOTA dancin lol

@ldyred1428 agreed.. im naturally skinny but i do agree that women who are curvier look amazing doing this dance. skinny girls dont have much to shake and when they try to do it it looks like they are about to break a hip.

and when i was 100lb, you couldnt see what i was doing, now that i gained a bit of weight, the performance just flows better and looks more natural and soft
