Superstar 3900 Repair Report

We repaired a Superstar 3900 with SSB problem for Tommy in TN.

- Put the Clarifier back to stock wiring (was wired for variable power)
- Replaced the S-mater and meter light.
- Repaired the driver stage bias resister burnt,
- Replaced the driver and bias resister.
- Replaced TR-32 (Mod limiter was missing)
- Repaired intermittent 8vdc short (display goes out)
- Upgraded the Pass-Through modulator Transistor
- Upgraded the VDC regulator
- Aligned all systems, RX,TX and the Synthesizer.
