Keratin is the protein that your hair is made out of. These are not damaging to the hair if you get them installed and removed by a professional.

A message from Nikki:
Extensions are a fun way to change up your hair in a drastic manner. Keep in mind that even though you may have had some of these techniques before and didn't like them, it may be because they weren't installed correctly. If you'd like to have your extensions installed by me, please visit my website and follow the instructions on the appointment page. I know there are some key details missing in some of my videos, but I cannot reveal some of that information simply because I still have to make money guys! I show you the basics in the videos but keep important details to myself so that I can still make a living doing hair. Thanks for understanding and thanks so much for watching my videos!

  • You should never, ever, EVER leave fusions in for 8 months. Thats ridiculously bad for your hair. 4 months is usually the max, 5 if you can really stretch it, but 8 is seriously bad.

  • @apardoe870 it is completely fine to leave shrinkies in for 8 months as long as the person did them right and you take care of your hair right.

  • how much do these even cost

  • SO THIN

  • They look so thin :\

  • @apardoe870 I'm a hairstylist too, and this is a huge pet peeve of mine. Companies always say in the PR for their products a bond will hold up for 6 months, but that doesn't mean you should leave them in that long. I'd never recommend going past 3 months, but 8 months way too long. Hair grows on an average of 1/4 to 1/2 inch a month, that's minimum 2 inches of growth from the scalp, there's no way to avoid catching those and breaking the hair. Not to mention how visible they'd be at that length.

  • You cut so much off!! :O

  • it look so fake

  • @NMMinc where can you get the supplies and how much?
