i was choked up and close to tears when i heard about Martin lev (*who played Fat Sams enemy Dandy Dan*), he took his own life because of the horrific illness M.E(*aka Chronic Fatigue Syndrome*),i love bugsy malone and Martin was so superb in it, ive suffered from M.E. for over a decade and i can understand why people commit suicide with this debilitating illness and my heart goes out to him and his family, he'l be forever immortalised on film as the Gangster Dandy Dan, a wonderful performance!

@vigodagod YES the pedal cars, were they REALLY pedal powered? anyone know??

You don't know how much I would give, to star in this film

Is it just me or does Scot sound like Ross from friends

Love this film.. Would be nice to find out more about the rest of the cast and where they went to. Thank you Dante.

Should have had the decency to interview the central Black characters (Leroy Smith & the little brother who cleaned the 'Joint' and tap-danced with the broom). Fat Sam was brilliant & why he didn't end up with a great movie Career (Sopranos, Good-fellas, Donny Brasco etc) is Hollywood's and the public's loss. Scot & Jodie were a class act even then.

Loved this movie, and loved even more see the behind the scenes stuff and the interviews. Man, I miss being a kid. Oh, what I would've given to have had one of those pedal cars!

I, too, would like to add my thanks and gratitude to Dante314159 for posting these. I've just sat enthralled through all 5 parts and loved every moment. It's a wonderful film and I will be trying to get the Blu-ray version if only for the director's commentary and any other behind the scenes stuff that may be in it. Surprised we didn't get to see the other singers, for example, which I was kind of hoping we would but a minor criticism. :)
I watched all 5 parts as most of the rest of the people here. This movie is still one of my all time favorites.I am about as old as some of the cast so it along with movies like Star wars this is one of my earliest movie memories. I really hope they come out with a Blu-ray of it. It was great to see that the cast of the movie has as good memories making the movie, as I have from watching it. Thank you to Dante314159 for posting this.
