If you try to connect and it comes back "user not premium" it's either because:

The person who is trying to connect has not paid for Minecraft and is not a valid user.

Or you can turn off online-mode=false in the server.properties file to keep it from checking.

How do you change your name to red and have admin in the front of your name

@ChickenBoy686 Certain server modifications allow you to do this. Search the minecraft forums server area for items such as these.

@tigerpounce24 All I did was create a new .bash_profile and use figlet, it's nothing special. It does not need to look like mine to start the server.
