I've thought of getting laser surgery but probably won't for a while. I usually don't wear my glasses to work, because contacts give a better peripheral vision. At night, I'll put them on. Mine aren't heavy at all so they don't bother me.

Holy crap. Mine is -9.50 in both eyes. My vision sucks too. Are you considering getting lazer eye surgery? I am in a few years when my eyeballs stop growing. I'm 23 and I hope my vision doesn't get any worse until then. I have glasses as well and they're heavy on my face at the end of the day. Are yours heavy as well? X

Oh that's a good idea! Keep us hanging!! "Stay tuned"... I love it!!
Craig, I posted about a month ago and have just got back online to find your new blogs! They're great and you are looking good in the new specs. I am -14 but I don't call that bad - I just have to think of my specs as new eyes - at least that's the way I was brought up to think of it. We are all pretty myopic in my family and all wear strong glasses now.
Good to hear your stories - thanks for sharing with us.

Jay: I try to keep the vlogs comming at least every couple of days. As far as my glasses, it's nice to have an option. I still mostly wear contacts, but occasionally wear my glasses out.

When you have a strong prescription, that's the way it is--limited peripheral vision (I'm a -9). But the longer you wear the glasses, the more you get used to it. It's great to have nice-looking glasses as an alternative to contacts!

I agree. My other ones were completely shot. I like the options.
