Incoming OL to Minnesota State University doing wednesday work out, 6 sets of 1 ,85-95 percent squat and bench, 95% of 525 is 500 95% of 440 is 415, meaning, actual max is 440 on bench and 525 squat raw, would do it and put up a vid, but i have to follow the work outs, cant max out for a couple weeks, both these lifts where after doing 3 warm up sets and than 5 sets of one starting at 85% of max leading up to 95%, plus super set inbetween, so not to bad weight, considering everything leading up to it, can do better, check back later for heavier lifts.
