@vergedrums Godlessness has been the best time of my life.I wish i was raised Atheist or at least with a choice.Jumped off the Jesus Bus at 27 and 8 years later im still learning that i know little. No God means no answers just more questions which to me is like a cold beer on a hot day.
@vergedrums Finally. Thanks for commenting.I love music but in my life ive only heard maybe 5 or 6 bands that the first time i heard them it was almost deja vu.The HIp are one of those bands Road Apples is so strong that its almost a perfect rock album".2.50 for a decade and a buck and a half for a year".What is your favorite Hip song and Album.Sorry to sound like a 12 year old girl but you are the first person on the TUBE to comment on the Hip.Im pumped to talk to a fellow fan.
@jasrogg They have a way of connecting to you in unbelievable ways. A great example: during a very depressing time in my life, I bought a used cassette of Road Apples. I was listening to it at work; having a smoke break in the back of a dumpy kitchen where I was cooking. Fiddler's Green came on, and I'd never heard it. The first line is" September 17 - for a girl I know it's Mother's Day".
Well, it was September 17th. What more can I say? This band has helped me through some hard times.
This video was added on my birthday, November 5th, when I was in Toronto watching Gord & The County of Miracles play live! That’s cool! Love coincidences :P
Love The Hip too!! This really sounds great!! Sooooo cool to see the rehearsal sessions!!
