remember 1 KV = 1000 Volts so my guess is the KV in this video must be 150 KV to 220 KV
KV stand for kilovolts :)

    that because the stick is acting just like a heating coil do to it resistances

    but once it all burns out to carbon the circuit becomes infinity causing the

    display of plasma and blown circuit breaker down the line

    Why should they turn into dust at all? For some dust it'd probably have to be the High/Highest Voltage line going into 100 of kV's. This looks like some medium voltage line.
