oh. wow. i forgot how to read, the flared radiators are almost as wide as an SD45's I guess i never saw one like thatbefore

I had seen them before a few times, but I had to look up the model by its number this time; I just didn't notice the nose bump and the radiator flare until later.

I don't know; NS being - well, NS, they were death on AC traction until the recent ES44AC order (8000-8023). Other than that I thought the only exceptions were the 80MACs they inherited from Conrail. I'm pretty sure they avoided ACs in the 70 series.
