@Piggiepigpigs I totally believe it was because he was scared.
All events leading up to the chirping were him being startled.
I turned around on my computer chair like I do all the time and it scared him, he ran under that loft part and just wouldn't come out for me. After the video I went and stepped into the cage and he stopped. I picked him up and cuddled him for awhile, then he was back to normal.
