Hi, when I made the video I had already upgrade, so I went back after the fact to show people how to do it. But if you are upgrading from an earlier version to a later version, you should definitely see the later version number in the control panel when you are done. Hope that helps.

Great video thanks, very easy to understand. You can get the version of Joomla you are using by just looking in the top right hand side.
