You hit the nail on the head. Not only is Hydrogen still a good 20 years down the road, but the batteries are getting cheaper! Sure, the battery storage capacity is getting better, but the bottom line tells the story!

Fuel cells are inefficient. Hydrogen production is highly inefficient.

Batteries are getting better and better. Tesla is moving in the direction of developing new parts for their future cars.

FYI, my brother is a chasis engineer for Tesla and they are working on developing their own chasis for a sedan model.
