I bought this trailer last summer and decided it needed a little tune-up but I may have gone overboard.
blasted, painted, rewired and decked. I work in a metal fab shop so have access to the shear and brake, built the custom box, fenders and ramp cover then tig welded everything together. I would love to hear what you have to say and answer any questions you have. thanks for watching.

  • What was the Brand of trailer is that? I never seen one where the ramps hide in the trailer like that.

  • @FireWarrior19 i don't know the brand. I modified it to hold them like that and made all the covers etc. i built all the checker plate parts and re decked and re wired it.

  • Man........I fricken love that set up! Thanks for posting!!!!

  • That trailer is awesome! The best trailer I have ever seen. If you would, I would really like to see some more pigs and a video of your winch/toolbox setup. I have a steel deck car hauler and I want to put my winch completely in my toolbox just as you have done. If you could post a video of that and then please email me at waf8607@yahoo.com, I would sure appreciate it. Thank you!

  • Amazing quality! It looks very professional and I especially like how everything has it's place and is neatly stored. Great job!

  • Nice ideals and good workmanship. Made just old car trailer into a real nice car hauler. Can't have too many tie downs. The channels along the side rails just don't do it some times. Like it.

  • Holy Schmolley! Nice Job man! Class A!

  • Wow that is by far the nicest one

  • I am looking to do the same thing you did with putting a winch inside the toolbox. Just bought a tongue tool box with the dimensions of 14-1/4" L x 34-1/8" W x 16" H.

What size is the winch you have in the box?

  • that is an awesome trailer for quads. i really like it

  • @petwofan its all "as built" i got a little carried away with it as things tend to get. no plans for it

  • I really like the tool box with the winch installed inside it. Do you have plans or a diagram for it? Really like the cut out for the cable.

  • Very nice!!

  • WOW great job!

  • nice job

  • Im into it for about 2500$ cdn. bought the trailer for 1500 and it was well used but had 5 new tires. all the metal cost 500$ materials only. and i fabricated everything on my own time at work.

  • how much in all did that trailer cost you?
