Health risks of aluminum have been known for over a 100 years, yet we coincidentally find aluminum added and/or concentrated in so many things we consume, wear, and use daily, such as commercially made bread products[1], american cheese[2], tap water[3], filtered water (activated alumina, reverse osmosis[4]), medicine (pill buffers, nasal sprays, *vaccines*[5]), clothing[6], personal and *baby care* products[7] such as shampoos, deoderants, toothpaste, makeup and unfortunately plenty more too.
Do not blindly trust in just any filtered water, for reverse osmosis filtration can concentrate the dangerous heavy metals mercury and aluminum[3]! Beware of activated *alumina* filters, and Aluminum Fluoride[3,8] as well..
